If my child is a current student of Coral Reef, but have NEVER accessed the Parent Portal - how do I login? You must first visit the Attendance office at Coral Reef between the hours of 7AM - 2:30PM with a valid drivers license. A Parent Portal Pin Number will be provided, along with an instruction sheet on how to access the system.

If you are still having problems accessing the Parent Portal or need support, include the following items in your e-mail:
Portal Support E-mail: PortalSupport@coralreef.dadeschools.net
- Portal Account User Name/Number
- Parent Name (Last Name, First Name)
- Student Name (Last Name, First Name)
- Student I.D. Number
- Parent Contact Phone Number that is registered with the school
- E-mail address that was used when registering for the Parent Portal
Once our system receives the above requested information you will be notified with a response within 1-10 business days via the e-mail address that is on file with the Parent Portal or via the phone number that the school has on file.
