In order to streamline the reporting of technical requests to Information Technology Services (ITS), the district has mandated that all employee's utilize the HEAT Self Service System.

 

Please note: Incidents submitted to Information Technology Services (ITS) may take up to 72 hours to be assigned. Incident's complexity and the staff required will determine the timeframe necessary to resolve the incident.

 


 

Logging into HEAT Self Service

 

To log into HEAT Self Service, enter your employee number and click 'Login'.

Once logged in, you can:

Submit a new incident for ITS.

Check on the status on your existing ITS incidents and add notes if necessary.

 

HEAT Self Service is the most efficient way to submit incidents to ITS, you will instantly get an incident number for your reference and your request will be routed to the proper resource, based on your location.
