FFA District youth speech contest winner senior Katrina Rachel Sharp was invited to speak on October 10th before the distinguished Board of Directors at the Dade County Farm Bureau. Greeted by Executive Assistant Debbie Brady and introduced by Executive Director Katie Edwards, Katrina's speech, Vulnerability of Florida to Natural Disasters and the Impact it has on Florida's Agriculture Industry drew a great round of applause as well as numerous questions from President Larry Dunagan and members. The Reef's agriscience strand is making a different throughout the district and state. Ag instructor Nyree Michelle Washington sponsors the Reef FFA Chapter which meets each Wednesday after school.
