A ‘Cuda heroes thank you to the following Leisure Medicine and Health Sciences Academy members who held a very successful blood drive this past Thursday: Faith Cayobit, Andy Conde, Alexandra Dugarte. Jessica Fernandez, Akilah Malcolm, Tiffany Medina, Dianna Montero, Nicole Perez, Ellen Ramia, Shawn Robinson, Necol Ronda, Joice Rosero and Heather Wilson. Lead Teacher Laura Fink and academy counselor Shari Lichtiger orchestrated the affair with the Community Blood Centers of South Florida. Reef students continue the tradition to give the gift of life to so many patients in Miami-Dade’s local hospitals.
