24 Credit Option
The table represents requirements for students who entered 9th grade as of the 2007-2008 school year.
In order to graduate from high school and earn a diploma, students must successfully complete the required credits, earn the required grade point average (GPA), and earn a passing score on the FCAT graduation test.
(major concentration in composition, reading for information, and literature)
(Algebra I, Geometry, & 2 courses at the Algebra II level or higher)
(Earth/Space Science & Biology I and 1 course from the following:
Chemistry, Physical Science, Physics, or Integrated Science III)
|Social Science||3 credits
(World History, United States History, United States Government,& Economics)
|World Language||Not required
(foreign language credit is required for admission to state universities)
OR Practical Art
|1 credit in performing/ fine arts, speech and debate, or practical arts|
|Physical Education/Health||1 credit|

Students must earn a passing score on all the required assessments for their graduation year.
